a request made by a friend to draw my favorite gal in that dress. gave her some wavy her for a typical princess-like touch. since the feathery-stuff are silver it'd make a great design for a skarmory dress in case of masquerade balls and stuff . . . but yeah it's pretty much still a wip, though idk if i'll have the energy to finish it. i like this lineart too much lmao.
